The OCP Board of Directors is seeking qualified candidate(s) to lead in the management of Old Colony Players. Previously, there has been one full-time position to manage Old Colony Players and its operations, however, the Board of Directors has decided that the position could possibly be split into two positions including: 1) Executive Director and 2) Production Manager based on applicants and their skillsets.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in non-profit management, fundraising, business, financial, personnel management, community relations, volunteer development, board and committee development, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a passion for the arts. Applicants should also have experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
Compensation: $25,000 per year
Schedule: Three, five-hour days per week with nine remaining hours to be allocated during performance weeks or for work outside regular office hours. For an average of 24 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the Executive Director and will manage show operations. They should have experience in show production, technical abilities with lighting and sound, set construction, backstage management, and work as a team with the Executive Director to accomplish the mission of OCP. This position would be onsite for rehearsals, set building, technical setups, and performances.
Compensation: $15,000 per year
Schedule: Flexible Schedule based on rehearsals, shows, workdays. Average approximately 16 hours per week.
Ideally, the position would be for one person for the entire job. However, we recognize that the Executive Director position encompasses a wide variety of skills needed for the administrative portion of the position versus the necessary skills needed for the artistic/backstage side of the position. As such, OCP reserves the right at their discretion to split the position between two qualified candidates to accommodate their respective strengths.
